Interact and learn with industry experts. This 12 week course is for Students, Working Pros, Retired Personnel, Everyone!
Week 1 to Week 3: Learn about how to ace group discussions and practice techniques in mock GDs
Week 4: Cracking personal interview rounds (Learn about different types of situation based questions and answer them during the learning session)
Week 5 to Week 8: Develop your leadership skills through tailored workshops on Priortization, Change Management, Executive Presence and more
Week 9 to Week 12: Leveraging AI tools at work place workshop, Learn to present workshop, Case study solving sessions

What is the refund policy?
Please note that we do not currently have a return policy in place for our products.
For how long can I access the content?
This is a one-time purchase product
When and how will the sessions be conducted?
Live sessions are being conducted virtually, every week on Sundays. The timing and the virtual connect link will be shared to you once you're successfully onboarded to the course.
What if you miss one of the session?
We ideally recommend you to keep consistency between all sessions, however in case there is a No-Show on any of the sessions, we will try to onboard you in on the missed class whenever the next cycle rotates for the session you missed. But please note, this will be on best effort basis and you're required to share an intimation for missing the class at least a day prior.
Who will be my 1:1 Mentor? How many sessions with the mentor will I get with the advanced plan?
Thrive and Leap team will assign you a corporate / industry expert mentor with whom you'd get three sessions through the 12 week (3 month) period. In some cases, you may get to choose which mentor you'd like to connect with (basis availability)
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, all learners will receive certificates for completing the 12 week course.
